Terms and Conditions
Placing an order on the INKA website implies that the buyer accepts the following terms of cooperation.
The website www.inka-inka.fr is the sole property of the INKA company, as are all related rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is subject to the owners' authorization. However, hypertext links to the site are permitted without specific requests if they are purely informational and not for commercial purposes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific terms of sale displayed on this screen and expressly declares their unreserved acceptance. These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between INKA and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other terms and conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise agreed in advance, expressly and in writing.
2. Ordering

INKA confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided. The sale will only be considered final upon confirmation of the order. INKA reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute concerning payment for a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding: in the event of an error in the recipient's contact information, the seller cannot be held responsible for any resulting inability to deliver the product.
3. Delivery
After order confirmation, INKA undertakes to deliver all items ordered by the buyer to its carrier within a maximum of 30 business days, provided the ordered products are in stock at the time of order validation (*).
This carrier is contractually obligated to INKA to deliver the order to the buyer's address as provided by INKA. Furthermore, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all import duties, customs fees, value-added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country of delivery. All orders placed on the website www.inka-inka.fr are intended for the personal use of the customers. Customers and recipients of the products are prohibited from reselling the products, either partially or in full. INKA disclaims all legal responsibility if the customer fails to pay these taxes. The delivery method chosen by the customer cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed. The customer may choose whether or not to have the shipment tracked. If the customer chooses the "standard" delivery method, no tracking number will be provided. Delivery is made either by direct delivery of the product to the customer's mailbox, to the named recipient, or, in their absence, to another person authorized by the customer, the nearest RelaisColis point, or the nearest post office. Deliveries within the EEC are made by the postal service; for deliveries outside the EEC, international postal services are used. Always check your package upon arrival. Due to availability, an order may be delivered to the customer in several shipments. The customer will only be charged for one delivery. The order cannot be delivered in multiple shipments. In the case of a technical product, the customer should carefully check that the delivered device is functioning correctly and read the instruction manual provided.
In the event of visible defects, the buyer has the right to return the item under the conditions stipulated in this document. Please note that no deliveries can be made cash on delivery or to a post office box. (*)If a product is listed as available and several orders are placed simultaneously, it is possible that a stock shortage may not be indicated immediately upon order confirmation. In this case, INKA will inform you promptly and offer you an available alternative or a cancellation of your order.
* CHRONOPOST Special Conditions:
After being notified, and in case of absence, the customer can modify the initial delivery date directly with CHRONOPOST (within a maximum of 6 days from the initial date), and/or choose a different delivery point than the one initially chosen by the sender. This can be either a post office, a local pickup point (Pickup relay or CHRONOPOST agency) offered by CHRONOPOST within the initial delivery area, the address of a known neighbor, or a secure delivery location agreed upon with CHRONOPOST. If the customer does not collect their shipment before it is returned to the sender, a penalty of €10.90 will be charged or deducted from the refund amount. For some coastal islands, the delivery time may be extended by one day. For Corsica, and the day after public holidays, delivery may occur the same day without a guaranteed delivery time.
4. Cancellation - Withdrawal

5. Exchanges
The customer may request INKA to exchange an item ordered in error within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the item. INKA reserves the right to charge shipping costs for the exchanged item based on the product's weight, handling, and shipping method.
6. Availability
Product offers are subject to availability. Information on product availability is provided to customers when placing their order. In the event a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email or telephone as soon as possible and may then cancel their order according to the Terms and conditions stipulated in Article 4.
7. Prices
- The prices of products offered for sale by INKA are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes.
- All orders are payable in Euros.
- INKA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time
the order is registered.
- Products remain the property of INKA until full payment is received by INKA.
8. Payment
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by INKA via the website www.inka-inka.fr.
The price of the products is payable in Euros, in full, on the day the order is placed. Payment for purchases can be made by check (bank or postal check), PayPal, bank transfer, or credit card. The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective once the relevant banking payment centers have given their approval. In the event of refusal by said centers, the order will be automatically canceled. Furthermore, INKA reserves the right to refuse any order. of a customer with whom a dispute exists. In the case of payment by check, INKA will proceed with delivery after receiving the check. Only checks in Euros, drawn on a bank located in Metropolitan France and payable by a bank located in Metropolitan France, will be accepted. In the case of payment by bank transfer, INKA will proceed with delivery after receiving the transfer (it being understood that any bank fees associated with the transfer remain the responsibility of the customer). It is the customer's responsibility to notify INKA of the successful completion of the bank transfer in order to to expedite the processing of their order.
9. Disputes
This contract is governed by French law. INKA cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial, or physical, that may result from the malfunction or misuse of the products sold. The same applies to any modifications to the products made by the manufacturers. INKA's liability will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be invoked for simple errors or omissions that may have occurred despite all precautions taken in the presentation of the products. It is noted that, as a general rule and subject to the discretion of the courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual warranty requires that the buyer fulfill their financial obligations to the seller. Products purchased on www.shop-story.fr are covered by the applicable legal warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. In all cases, INKA cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the country of receipt. * Warranties do not cover:
- the replacement of consumables (batteries, bulbs, fuses, antennas, headphones, microphones, wear and tear of recording or playback heads, etc.),
- abnormal or improper use of the products. The customer is advised to carefully consult the instruction manual provided with the products,

Any product returned due to a defect will be subject to expert analysis to determine the cause. If the item is non-compliant or defective, it will be exchanged and refunded.
