Before first use, we recommend using a suede/velvet spray – be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. Do not spray the hair, only the top of the leather.
✔ Dry clean the tops of dirty shoes, and for more stubborn dirt, use a damp cloth or sponge with cool or lukewarm (not hot) water. Be gentle and avoid rubbing the leather too hard to prevent damage.
✔ Dry your shoes at room temperature – avoid radiators and do not expose them to direct sunlight.
✔ Do not wash, dry clean, or soak them completely.
✔ We recommend regularly brushing the inside to maintain softness and durability and to remove dust and dirt. You can use a small pet brush. Be gentle.
✔ After removing your shoes, we recommend storing them with the insoles inside, which will help them retain their shape longer.
✔ Do not use pastes or creams.
